Membership Policies & Procedures

All members are required to pre-enroll in classes to secure a spot in their desired class time.  All barre classes are capped at 15 members. If you are unable to enroll prior to the cap then your name will be added to a waitlist.  If you have pre-enrolled in a class and can no longer attend, you will be required to cancel your enrollment 3 hours prior to the class start time to allow for another member on the waitlist to attend the class.  If you are on the waitlist you will need to wait until a spot opens to attend the class.  The system will notify you directly if space becomes available.

All members can cancel their enrollment free of charge no later than 3 hours prior to class start. After that time, a fee of $5 will be charged if you are on a recurring monthly plan or pre-paid package. If you are on a class package then a visit will be deducted from your classes remaining. Please be sure to cancel in a timely manner to allow members on the waitlist to attend and to avoid any cancellation fees.  This is particularly important for our specialty classes that are limited in class size and often have a waitlist.

We do require a minimum attendance policy of at least four members for our classes.  If less than 4 members are enrolled in the class 3 hours prior to the start of the class, then the class will be cancelled. If class is cancelled, a cancellation email will be sent out to all enrolled members. For early morning classes prior to 9 a.m., pre-enrollment must be completed by 10 p.m. the night before. If enrollment is under four members by 10 p.m. the following morning class will be cancelled and a cancellation notice will be sent out via text.

To enroll in classes you can go to our schedule page via the website or download the MINDBODY app and search Barre Unlimited. If you are unsure how to enroll in classes, please ask.

If a member is late to class, they will need to check in with the instructor on duty to determine if they will be able to attend class. We typically will extend a 5-10 minute grace period as long as the class is still in the middle of the group warm up, but ultimately it is at the instructor's discretion and safety assessment. If the class has commenced the skill or strength portion of the class then the member will be asked to attend the next scheduled class of the day. Members who are allowed to join the class late, will be given an alternate warm-up to be completed immediately so as not to further delay the class. Additionally, if a member is consistently late to class and it appears they are abusing the late policy, the member will be asked to attend the next available class of the day.

Barre Unlimited will not provide refunds retroactively for any cancellation requests. Membership cancellations are only processed by coming into the studio and completing a cancellation request. Please do not send cancellation messages to our Facebook page or other social media sites. We will not accept cancellation requests via phone call or email.

Barre Unlimited does not issue refunds if you do not use your membership, nor can you carry over sessions to the next month if you missed a class. No exceptions.

All 6 and 12 month contracts have a complimentary one month freeze option. In order to redeem, you must give 30 days notice of the freeze prior to the next auto pay billing date. During the membership freeze, your account will not be charged and your pass will not be available until your following month’s payment is received.

You may not use your complimentary freeze on the last billing date of your contract.

Discounted 3, 6, 12 month contracts will auto renew at the end of your contract at the current package price.

If you would like to discontinue your contract, please give the studio 30 days notice of your next payment to withdrawal from the contact.

There will be an early contract termination fee of 100.00 on any contracts cancelled before your contract end date.

****All monthly memberships require a minimum of 30 days written notice at the studio prior to next billing date to assure cancellation of automatic payments. Cancellation requests submitted within the 30 day billing cycle will result in a final payment drawn from your account on your established auto draft date. Once final payment has been drawn from your account, clients will have 30 days from the last bill date to use the facilities. It is your responsibility to provide written notice at the studio 30 days in advance of your next billing date. There will be no refund issued once a payment has been charged to your credit card.  All monthly recurring term plans of 6 months and 12 months require 30 days written notification at the studio prior to your next bill date and will incur an early cancellation fee of $100.00.
